We support our products with parts and technical assistance. Stocked parts are shipped within 48 hours of order. When parts are custom or for older products, ship times vary.
Warranty
Adaptive Engineering USA LLC warrants products purchased to be free from manufacturing or material defects for two (2) years from the date of invoice. Damages caused by vandalism or abuse are not covered by this warranty.
Payment
All parts orders must be accompanied by a credit card number. We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
Parts lists
If you are an Adaptive customer, you can get parts lists at no charge by calling or emailing our parts department.
Manuals
Manuals for our products are available online in electronic format for our customers. To access our online library of manuals, please contact our service department at (423) 201-4200 or (800) 448-4652 to obtain a password.
